Interested in one-on-one training but don’t want to leave your house?

Training programs don’t need to be overly complicated. Our bodies need to be able to perform basic movement patterns safely, repetitively, and at varying intensities. We push, pull, lift, twist, and squat. This can all be done in your living room!

I offer Zoom and FaceTime sessions. All you need is the motivation to show up and a few pieces of equipment.
