Elisa Hein (she/her)
Movement Strategist | Pelvic Health Educator | Global Master Trainer
Elisa Hein believes that movement should be accessible, enjoyable, and empowering for everyone—regardless of age or stage of life. With over 20 years in the fitness industry and more than 40,000 hours of hands-on coaching experience, Elisa has dedicated her career to the intersection of technical biomechanics and sustainable health habits.
Global Impact & Community Leadership
Currently, Elisa serves as the Community Manager and Master Trainer for Buff Muff (The Vagina Coach). In this dual role, she serves as a global bridge between clinical pelvic health and daily life, answering hundreds of questions daily and translating complex physiological concepts into actionable, real-world strategies for women around the world.
Her authority in movement mechanics was further established during her multi-year tenure as a Master Trainer for Google’s Fitbit Premium (2022–2026). As one of two lead educators, Elisa was instrumental in developing the platform's technical movement vocabulary, coaching global audiences on-camera to prioritize strong form and confident execution.
Elisa doesn’t just teach pelvic health; she is a living case study for its efficacy. She is currently training for the 29029 Everesting event on Mt. Rainier, a grueling challenge to climb the vertical equivalent of Mt. Everest (29,029 feet) within a 36-hour window. Elisa is undertaking this feat to bring radical visibility to the body’s capabilities while managing a Grade 3 Cystocele. By documenting her training and management strategies, she proves that a diagnosis is not a "stop" sign for high-impact goals.

Elisa is a graduate of the Institute Of Integrative Nutrition and continues to educate herself to keep her programs evolving and interesting. Some of her credentials and certifications include:
Elisa’s journey began far from any finish line. As a kid, she describes herself as "pleasantly plump," spending her time watching Yo! MTV Raps—a background that gives her deep empathy for those just starting their movement journey. Since then, she has completed a vast number of endurance events, ranging from the Arizona Ironman to the NYC Marathon (which she ran alongside her oldest daughter). For Elisa, movement is a shared human experience, best enjoyed with friends and as a way to inspire her three children to embrace their own strength.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Elisa now lives in Bozeman, Montana. When she’s not creating content or coaching, she’s likely skiing, hiking local trails, or tending to her backyard rabbits.
